Renato was born and raised in Brazil, where his journey of faith and perseverance began. At the age of 16, God opened a door for him to come to the United States as an exchange student, an opportunity that forever changed the trajectory of his life. Despite the challenges of adapting to a new culture and learning a new language, he embraced every experience, knowing that God was guiding his steps. That season of growth prepared him for the many opportunities and challenges ahead.

After completing his education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Renato spent 15 years working in the financial industry, leading teams and driving strategic growth across the Southeastern U.S. He was deeply committed to his work, but in his heart, he sensed that God had something more for him.

In 2018, after much preparation and faith, Renato was selected to become the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Kissimmee. Since then, he has had the privilege of leading and developing an incredible team, growing the business, and making a lasting impact in his community. More than just a business, Chick-fil-A has allowed him to live out his life’s purpose. A calling to help others fulfill their God-given potential. ​​
